Next Friday Oklahoma will conduct the largest single-day commutation in US history. The legislature made the law retroactive with HB 1269. The pardon and parole board worked with state agencies, nonprofits, and service providers from across the state to ensure these individuals have the resources they need as they transition back into our communities.
This vote will take place next Friday, November 1st, at 11:30AM at Kate Barnard Correctional Center in Oklahoma City. Our meetings are all open to the public.

Our goal is to provide reentry support for transportation, housing, employment, and treatment for everyone who is interested in those services. It’s been a statewide effort over the last several months.
