Not sure about the authenticity of the video. Some claiming it was shot with a Croma background. Hence I have posted the original link of the video above which is on Facebook.
The woman who posted the video has since posted more videos and photos to confirm that she regularly visits this spot for her workout practice and this morning she didn’t realise that there would be a coup ongoing. For those asking: I believe the video is very much REAL. No Chroma. Please stop conspiracy theories. I’ve done due deligence & checked all videos posted by the PE teacher from Myanmar. I’ve observed photos of the area as well. Shadow theory is rubbish. There are steps behind her.pic.twitter.com/IeHI5rMvBl
The revolution will not be choreographed?
I came for the footage of the coup but stayed for the aerobics class. She is good at it by the looks of it.
I agree! Low impact and has a good warm up flow.. 5/5 stars
Its a green screen video edited
Why does this feel like a setup video to me? It's such a weird place to shoot a fitness video, the background's only good if there's no cars, otherwise it's much too busy & would never be chosen as a shoot location. Unless...it was chosen on purpose to have video of the coup?
She filmed it in Nay Pyi Daw where basically no one lives and not even a cat runs across it most of the time. It may look fake but it’s really not.
