    You were spot on. Your talk was inspiring. Reminded me (and others) of why we do what we do. Put patients first. But also need a sustainable, long-term plan so surgeons can also be humans. Your followup tweets w/ specific ideas are great. Hope to see them at Hopkins soon.

    1/ Sorry Elliot - i missed my mark! Was aiming for 20% context, 60% case for change, & 20% conjecture/plans. Over 25 years, remarkable surgical care advances. But a busy calling was changed by technology enabling increasing productivity & has now reached an unsustainable pace.
