I’m happy to announce that I’ll now be standing as a parliamentary candidate in the area that I was born and raised in. I’ll be standing in Lewisham East where we proved in the 2018 by-election that we are the only opposition and remain choice in this seat.

I would strongly urge you to reconsider grading some of the seats where the a leave candidate can't win. For example Hammersmith where it says to vote Labour, but where the Lib Dems are likely to come at least second.

Honoured to have spoken to the young people they are truly inspirational and have encouraged me to keep going. It’s especially important that all young people, particularly those of BAME backgrounds believe that NO DREAM IS OFF LIMITS!

WTF? Boris is an absolute disgrace. Engaging in brinksmanship on the biggest issue this country has faced in my lifetime.

Definitely the windiest canvassing session so far! But a few gales don’t stop asking residents about liberal values! 🌪🔶

Sharp rise in women carrying knives and another brutal attack in London. Two of today’s headlines. Serious violence spreads like a disease. It affects all of us. It will only be stopped with a focus on prevention and early intervention.

Parliament needs a refresh, a PM that calls people like me “piccaninnies” , Muslim women letterboxes and has shown himself to be sexist and homophobic in the past does not deserve to lead this country. It’s time for a new breed of politicians to stand up and be counted
