Olympians from the 2018 Games have been invited to go to the White House today. I will not be going. I will not stand with people who discriminate against those that they perceive as different. In lieu of going to DC, I have donated to a few of my favorite causes

And he apologized before the episode even aired because he realized what he said was Insensitive.When has Trump ever given an authentic apology for anything he has ever said or done that was wrong? And that list is pretty damn long.He's horrible.

I understand what you’re saying, but Adam going to the WH would be seen by many as an endorsement of the admin. Especially by someone like Trump who would likely use Adam’s presence to brag about how “good” he is w/ the LGBT+ comm. like he is by saying Kayne reps the Black comm.

I get your perspective as well but I don’t see that conclusion being drawn by anyone who isn’t already deluded by Trump’s BS. My opinion in this case is that it’s more important to be a role model and stand up to bigotry

Ok, not all boycotts are the same. If you can't understand the difference between boycotting a politician you hate, and refusing to participate in the democratic process, I'm not sure I can help you.
