+ she looked back, Jason was gone. Her eyes frantically scanned the area but there was no sign of him. She looked behind her. Nothing. "But... he was here. I saw him." Her eyes darted all over the place.
'No.' Adam said casually through a sly grin. 'This isn't the way we came. But I do remember a story once told to us by Tommy last summer. He was telling us about this place. Remember those campfire stories? Well, this is that place.'

AJ shook her head. "What...?! Am I not scared enough already?" She tried her best luck at attempting a laugh but it almost came out sounding like a whimper. She read some of the nearby Tombstones. "Is this where Pamela is buried?" She was referring to Jason's dead mother.

His hair was all wild about his face. 'I believe so.' He walked by some graves until he found it. 'There it is.' ― P AM E L A V O O R H E E S 1930 - 1979 AT RESTpic.twitter.com/iOMNuikVyX

AJ was mesmerized. She couldn't take her eyes off the tombstone. Finally she broke the silence. "That is so creepy." She remembered the stories of how she had died. How one of the camp counselors be-headed her all those years ago. And that she was still here, haunting the woods.
-
Adam put her down and was now resting his hip against a tombstone, watching her as though he were sizing her up. 'I believe this place is cursed. I will need to ask Tommy more about this area. He may know a bit more. Maybe this is why Jason keeps coming back.'
-
AJ looks back at Adam. "What ever is going on around here, it ain't normal." She thought about it for the moment. "You don't suppose I saw a ghost earlier? Of Jason. Do you?"
-
Adam thinks for a moment. 'Nah.' Shaking his head, folding his arms. 'I don't think you seen a ghost.' Grabbing his cellphone he starts dialing Tommy but there is no signal. He pushes away from the tombstone. 'No signal. Hey, what is up with all this mist? It wasn't here before.'
-
With her eyes wide. "No signal?" She removes her own phone. Yep, sure enough. There was no signal at all. "How can this be? Are these tombstones somehow blocking the signal? I mean, I can understand if it were a weak signal, but nil?" She puts her phone away. "Lets just go."
-
Adam shivered, glancing at AJ briefly, who looked as white as a sheet that he feared she might faint at any second. He really hoped that she wouldn't. 'Alright babe. Lets make the trek back to camp.'
