    Sad to hear that Walter Williams has passed away. Was always consistently amazed by his ability to communicate economic ideas in a clear, cogent fashion. You could learn more in 10 mins w Walter than you could in an entire year with an average professor.

    of all the video game platforms I've owned (and that history goes all the way back to Pong & Atari 2600!), Google's Stadia feels the most disappointing. Apparently that "monopoly" of theirs couldn't help them generate a reliable gaming experience or decent content library.

    I'll never forget my kids' faces when I first threw this on my 1980 Denon turntable and then cranked up my 350-watt Cerwin-Vega speakers, which date from 1985. Their brains melted. It was like they were hearing real sound for their first time in their lives.
