That’s a wrap on new student orientation for the Walton MBA Class of 2023! Over the past two days, this group has formed an unbreakable bond. They also mapped out their own culture and developed a class mission statement.

Day 2 of my Walton Executive MBA Intro to Strategy course was all about leading change. Students studied change theory & the organizational change model. They then applied what they learned via an immersive, experiential change simulation. @WaltonMBA

This is research every student should know! The ideal study session: 1. Study at 🌙 before bed 2. Sleep 🛌 3. Briefly review in ☀️ when you get up. In a small experiment, long-term retention increased by 50% & it took less time! The key is combining sleep & interleaved practice
