The FOP is uniquely positioned to rebut attacks on capitol police and shape the right wing perception of the capitol rioters. They are consciously choosing to be meek and quiet.

The FOP has gone harder against people who protested police brutality than a mob who literally brutalized police. Honestly, most union bosses(leaders) rarely represent the rank and file. They gain power, get greedy, and become that which they’re supposed to be fighting. People think unions the answer. Not me. American greed too corrupting.

I mean that bears no resemblance to reality, but it’s nice to know that the anti-union propaganda is working so amazingly well. Somehow nobody is calling for the destruction of all corporations, even though there are far more abusive companies by percentage than unions.
