I didn't know. I was going to comment during the debate that it's hard to follow Biden's sentences, but then I read the Atlantic article.
Not recognizing a very common speech disorder is almost as bad (to my mind) as openly making fun of that speech disorder. "I didn't know that" is not just a bad excuse, it's at the base of every bit of bigoted bullshit these people throw at us.
