Once you have a concept a lot of tasks that computers find hard become easier. Factory pick&place. Medical diag. Robotic movement policies.

Plan over multiple space/time-scales, i.e., fly -> go 2 airport -> get taxi -> grab phone and go outside -> must wear clothes.

I think that would be a part of it. But also modeling complex cause / effect and accessing the right memories at right times.
