@KordingLab @AdamMarblestone I am going to hit this soon, if you have any thoughts beyond your scaling paper on it? http://arxiv.org/abs/1307.2196
@jhewitt123 @KordingLab Sharing detailed engineering analyses/designs seems crucial! Some will confirm PPSNR & some will surprise, I hope.

@jhewitt123 This has relevant abstraction level: expls principles AND detailed designs / calcs. Ultrasound has surprising comb of features. -
@AdamMarblestone Yes. does seem to have a certain multimodal potential http://www.extremetech.com/extreme/157367-an-ultrasonic-intra-body-communication-network-for-bionic-implants … - 6 more replies

@AdamMarblestone@KordingLab Yes. Wonder about the "dust" end too? http://www.extremetech.com/computing/149509-freescale-worlds-smallest-arm-chip-implantable-tech … http://www.extremetech.com/computing/152923-chiplets-xeroxs-grand-vision-for-next-generation-computer-assembly … http://www.extremetech.com/extreme/149172-samsung-funds-graphene-antenna-project-for-wireless-ultra-fast-intra-chip-links … -
@jhewitt123@AdamMarblestone Awesome stuff - but not exactly microscopic so far.

@jhewitt123@KordingLab Note also the design in there which is basically just 1 transistor and a piezo as I understand it. Very minimal. -
@AdamMarblestone@jhewitt123 But I would still like to see the efficiency of this device in a real device.
