:-). FYI openwater prob. inherits resolution of its ultrasound guidestars. Set for the brain by what can get thru skull, ~ MHz ~ mm. For other tissues, no bone to get through, so can set ultrasound wavelength lower and get better res & signal. Maybe why mlj starts outside brain.

Though there is probably a niche for openwater's tech as is; using it for first-pass assessment (in a clinical setting) and then more invasive as needed. I'd bet that at some point if one desires further rez there is no way around being more and more invasive

It’s hard from an SNR point of view but in absence of skull with big enough chips they can probably do awesome things for soft tissue
