Amazing but how to you reduce the risk that IVF propagates infertility genes that otherwise deselect themselves from the gene pool? IVF allows these genes to accumulate in the population & acts like a form of gene drive that lead to all humans being unable to procreate naturally.

I speculate that would be a very specific 'evolutionary' path which would probably need a majority of people reproducing through this method and consistently through multiple generations. So long as there are other people these genes would still compete with normal ones.
