In-situ sequencing (of DNA/RNA and DNA-tagged antibodies, at nanoscale resolution w/ ExM) could become the new new microscope... What else could become the new new microscope? Protein sequencing? Imaging inside scattering media? Electron diffraction? DNA ticker tape recording?

I like your general line of thought. This would probably be super hard with a rapidly changing medium, though, as one always gets in-vivo. Also I don't think it is just an FFT to reconstruct in the diffusive setting even if static.
