I totally understand the point you make here; though I should also admit that I do witness many senior leaders are getting lonelier while they are stepping into larger responsibilities; regardless of their gender.

So the real discussion should take place more about how corporate environment is kiling the society by damaging the most important element of it - “family”. That’s why we should help our leaders to understand and appreciate the life as a whole, it’s not just business.

Are you assuming it was the men who initiated the divorce? Maybe the women felt they deserved/needed someone more on their level?

That came to my mind also because I've heard women complain about making more than their husbands. Both should be pushing each other to be successful in the field they desire no matter what it pays. Or don't and get divorced lol.

This is an interesting take & one I I’ve observed. D’you think this happens because the men feel threatened &want to “rediscover” their manhood so to speak? Or that it’s brought on because the woman acted or failed to act in certain ways?
