This also makes sense in terms of how the job market is changing: More portfolio careers and contract work, the 'gig economy' etc. We should perhaps move towards encouraging kids to think about skill-sets, rather than job titles.

Another argument in favour of focusing on *doing* and skill-sets over *being* and job titles is that fact some job roles will no longer exist in the future.
