Is anyone watching School for Stammerers on ITV? Just makes me want to do a video on my own stammer even more - just speaking about it could make someone feel less alone & that's enough motivation for me. #SchoolForStammerers
I find thinking about what you're saying, taking deep breaths and talking slow helps, not all the time but most of the time. Had it all my life, went away in my early teens but has come back in the last few years. It gets so frustrating when you can't say what's on your mind :(
