    Such a great film! Funny, subtle, true, touching. Hebrides life seen from the inside then and now, in a way that is almost never done. It's on BBC iplayer now.

    Mr Prime Minister, Mr Cummings says neither he nor his wife were too sick to look after their child, but feared they would become so. Given these circumstances applied to 1000s of other parents, can you explain how they can reasonably or legally be described as exceptional?
