Those are all part of the curriculum

I’ve found that moving beyond those to the walk cycle is just too much for one intro class, so I’ll be capping it at those exercises to make sure we drill them enough. -
And to add to that at the beginning I kept hearing "the bouncing ball applies to everything" but at the time I didn't really understand why, just accepted it as a thing I should know, felt like a magic trick I couldn't find the answer to
