Our county well outside of Chicago has not been hit hard except for one nursing home. Everyone is doing what they can and being smart and respectful of those who are more cautious then most.

So I looked at the CDC site. I see a plan with updates beginning 2017. Why aren't city and state jurisdictions following all those guidelines? Should they?

Part of the issue is CDC is at odds with the Trump admin. So, there’s mass confusion as to who to listen to. And there should be a specific plan for the current pandemic. 2017 guidance is based on prior outbreaks & doesn’t account for COVID’s specific characteristics and spread.
