    Can we just take a minute to talk about the fact that a DPC TO decided to randomly take things into their own hands & introduce rule changes in 2 of the 6 DPC regions without even discussing it with Valve? What does "we did not fully inform" even mean in this context? Madness.

    Doesn't need to get removed entirely, as you can have a lot of fun with it. But you should be able to mute it just like all chat, voice lines and what not for when it gets abused. Just trying to make dota less toxic here, it's been going down the drain for a while it feels

    tips are used like 80% or smth (probably more) as toxic behaviour, how is it still a thing in Dota2. Terms like fair play and respectful competition should be way more valued. Is all chat bming your opponent a healthy and joyful ingame feature ?
