I was working with a new client who was Ransomed and asked for the same, was told “what does documentation have to do with getting us back up and running?”

It’s how you phrasequestion.... “umm so have you gotten around to polishing up the documentation yet? Is there a diagram of the solution around the wiki? Agile MVP doco right?” It’s got to give them an out for under delivery no one likes to admit straight up they halfassed it

how much documentation do you want? I gots plenty! Every IT person who has ever worked here dumped it all into a HDD for me. the file names start with SEC00001.pdf and there are thousands of files.
