Make sure that U &others from the ministry firmly lead this strategic plan. We can tell when our pple have just been ‘consulted’ 4the sake of it but not listened &taken on board their view on their edu system.There’s been many more strategic plan be4 this but they were not ours.

What’s more, if the plan is not genuinely led by the people and based only what donors & implementing partners think will be good for the boys and girls in BuulaXuubey, as others before it,it will never succeed. The history of these plans teaches us that. Let’s respect ourselves.
