Sir, with all due respect: Cut it out! Most of us drivers want to remain Independent Contractors because of the flexibility and because e make more than minimum wage.

Also- high skilled ICs lived on the overflow work from Corps. Federal law says FT W2 professionals are exempt from overtime. Since AB5 the burden of overflow work is put on the staff who get no overtime.
