I mark them as not interested, and go further to tell you why, and select that I've already watched the video. Then I refresh the page, and more videos I've already watched pop up.
You guys didn't used to show me videos that had the full red line along the bottom showing that I've watched the whole thing... this is new as of a week or two.
And since I've got your ear: I've been marking late night show interviews as "not interested" for years... someday, I'd like your algorithm to recognize that and stop suggesting them to me.

I signed out and back in, and watched videos still showed up. Then I cleared my cache and cookies. Then I signed in again, and here's a video still that I've already watched, that YouTube knows I watched, that's still showing up on my first look at recommended after signing inpic.twitter.com/uGlpYYcpds
