I remembered I have to call to access or change my appointments. They are not run like golf courses where you can go online and reserve times. I think that's because there are a good bit of things they might have to find out before determining if you should access them or not.

I was referred to a mental health service for anxiety and depression. Stage 1 was an online form to fill in. There was a word limit on the form, but it didn't tell you what it was - just if it was ok when submitted. Stage 2 was a phone call.

That's ridiculous. Let's add learned helplessness to your depression and anxiety, while we're at it.

That was one of the things I thought of when I started out. I think I offer every mode of communication with DAIS. If not hopefully I'll be told what else.. Phone calls are difficult for so many people

I’m deaf & my hearing aids are useless on the phone & there are no reasonable adjustments
