    The House & Senate have agreed to final $1.8 billion Housing Bond Bill! It also includes increases to the state LIHTC, Historic Tax Credit & CITC and extends the Brownfields Tax Credit & HDIP. Too many people to thank but will start with @RepKevinHonan @joeboncore! @CHAPAdotorg
