That’s not what defunding the police means. SF’s budget is $13 Billion. The police budget is $600 million. Do people seriously think moving that $600 million elsewhere will solve any problems? Maybe the reason everything is falling apart in SF is because the DA thinks every criminal (his parents included) is a victim.
