If you were eligible & applied before June 1st, then you should have received an email & update in Creator Studio with more info. If your application is being held for an additional review, then you'll get a second update in the near future! Latest update: https://goo.gl/2icqfh

If you've applied after 29th June, we’ll be reviewing applications more quickly now that the backlog is cleared. As long as you meet the eligibility criteria, you can expect to hear back in a month or so. All the applications are reviewed manually, so it does take a bit of time!

We give careful thought to every YPP application and each one needs to be manually reviewed by our team of specialists. Due to the high applicant volume, it’s taken us a while to review every channel. We’ve been sharing updates about this here: https://goo.gl/d2c2y9

if you are giving careful thought to every channel then why you giving priority to some channels and ignoring others. Because i am waiting form months and didn't hear any update about my monetization. On the other hand some channels approved within 1 week after they applied.
