Ok so apparently now videos have to reach 1000 views in past 7 days before they will review videos, nice work @TeamYouTube what is the point me bothering to try grow my channel when you keep making errors. #youtube

They seem to only care about big youtubers etc, no interest in people growing, worst part is it's a error at there end, all other videos got monetised after I asked for manual review, but my guess is that they are messing up that much they can't keep up, so punish small youtubers
They keep saying the manual review to being okay teaches the algorithm. I think they made everything demonetized to try and separate out the chaff. Shitty practice IMO
