@guillum And which party, going into power has 'experience'? We have experience, our MPL @GrantHaskin in WC is chairman of SCOPA

@guillum he was deputy mayor of CT.Steve Swart, MP has written huge chunks of legislation. KZN MPL Jo-Ann Downs was first to call for ARV's
