      .@Tzozo4mbui 2 toddlers (cousins) were murdered, possibly raped. The Diepsloot community is outraged, but is looting and burning tyres etc.

          @Tzozo4mbui not yet. Residents have threatened mayhem overnight. Police won't comment but some say serial killer may be targeting toddlers
