You don't seem to understand the difference between creating an enabling environment for business and controlling businesses. The former is the job of government. The latter is the job of communists.
. Will Premier Winde condemn or condone this kind of blatant ignoring of the Bill of Rights in the private sector - or remain silent (tacitly approving)? 
Each Premiers Oath of Office very clearly includes a commitment to respect, protect, promote & fulfil the rights in the Bill of Rights. And to apply it to the private sector in all its forms. Yet WC Govt remains silent while it's being made mandatory = tacit approval.
