All parties on the NPLC besides 4 agreed with the IECs decision because all where impacted by continuous restrictions on gatherings and level 4 in July, & being able to vote is intrinsically linked to being able to be voted for. Opening VRW must then mean opening candidate reg.

You are aware that you are helping the ANC? The party you're competing with, the party SAens are competing with, but it seems a lot of you are willing to roll over with the idea of being a coalition partner. You could've help save 80 municipalities? I'm severely disappointed.

There was a window for candidate reg. The ANC failed to sibmit. Simple as. Municipal elections are for service delivery: how can you vote for someone who couldn't even be bothered to put their name on a list before a deadline?
