This is standard in medical trials. These injections are very much still in trial.

It should say what you were injected with on your vaccination card/certificate/book . They can't inject you with saline solution for instance and give you a vaccine certificate if you are not vaccinated. You won't be able to travel. If in doubt do an antibody blood test.
