Fragmented voting translates to 60 out of 100 going to 30 different parties and 40 going to the ANC which translates to an ANC win. If I need to explain it to you, you should not be in the position you are....
If your example was true, ANC wouldnt have a majority. Votes for the ACDP translate into seats for the ACDP. More seats for the ACDP means less seats for the ANC. To prevent an ANC win, more voters need to change their vote to the ACDP.

Last election:ANC 230,DA84,EFF44,the next most 15 and then 10 which equals 383 of 400 seats.The remaining 17 seats are made up of 1's and 2's and 4's and the rest of the 2-page list don't feature.If the ballot was between 2 or 3 parties then just maybe we wud stand a chance!
