Fragmented voting translates to 60 out of 100 going to 30 different parties and 40 going to the ANC which translates to an ANC win. If I need to explain it to you, you should not be in the position you are....

Aside from the tone of the reply, in terms of numbers, ANY votes against the ANC tend to have the same effect. In a very diverse country, it should not be a surprise that multiple parties share power. you may not like that arrangement, but it is a different argument.
