I hope shepherds (pastors, elders and other ministry leaders) are providing care/ministry for the church to 100% of their capacity.
Open churches to 100%. Again we call for churches to be allowed to open to 100% capacity with immediate effect. If church buildings can be filled daily to vaccinate people every week day, then it should be allowed to open on Sundays for church services.https://bit.ly/3kr1HWF

As a pastor, allowing vaccinations at your church that you are not allowed to worship in is just letting your God and yourself to be utterly disrespected.
