Given the failure of lockdowns and the immense harms they create, especially with regards to the poor, will ANY one of you openly declare your opposition to these measures?

That is great. Will you also admit, by supporting the origional state of disaster and the first lockdown, you helped cause the mess we are in now?
No. Everything we have ever said on the subject of lockdowns, has been to call for them to end. President Ramaphosa met with leaders of political parties on 18 Mar 2020, 3 days after he declared a national state of disaster. We expressed caution. Lockdown was from 26/3 to 30/4.
