Latest peer-reviewed research has been published. True to form, its about #EWC.
This is likely the most comprehensive legal research on why EWC is in fact not legally/constitutionally permissible. If u do pro-proprights work, Im sure this will be of use. https://perjournal.co.za/article/view/10406 …

More questions: 1). Did none of the opposition parties (
@Our_DA,@A_C_D_P , etc.) know about this? 2A). If not, then are they competent as opposition to challenge these fundamental issues? 2B). If they did, then why not inform the public, investors, etc.? Unless fear “wins” votes1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

Thanks. I guess what’s missing me for me is some sort of authoritative statement by an opposition party to reassure South Africans and investors - and perhaps “enlighten”
@MYANC supporters (if possible) - that EWC would not be constitutionally permissible and we shouldn’t worry.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
Our website and social media accounts contain plenty of those, since day 1 of EWC. We should worry - until its dropped by ANC and EFF.
