We engage our members in structures with their myriad of ideas, all the time. That's the purpose of being a member - to be active, make proposals, participate, debate, influence....

Again that sounds nice but in practice when you send an e-mail enquiring to join it goes unanswered. I have brought real concerns to your attention and instead of providing contact details or trying to get mine and solve issue you just gave me spin. It's average not excellent
