My fellow South Africans what have you learnt from the @Our_DA. Not its politicians or members... But the party as a whole & what would you like to see from it.

What you see in the headlines is not who the DA is. One of my good friends has been a DA counselor in Waterval Boven for many years. She works tirelessly for the whole community & recently cleaned up the town on her own with a few helpers as the ANC ruled municipality is broke.

Well said... But how do you convince the average South African of that when the newspaper is what they see.

You start on the ground. You show people average SAn's all have the same dream & if we stand together for each other we can get there without the hate that's fueled from the left & right. Most people aspire to a decent life & something better for their kids. I believe DA is there

So what do you say about DA members who voted and joined The FFP in the last national elections? Is it an indication that The DA harbours hardcore unrepentant racists?

Well that's assuming @VFPlus is a racist party which through my interactions with with @AntonAlberts @KobusHoffman I have found vehemently untrue. Yes they are representing Afrikaner interests but they are not exclusive and all are welcome. So some may have joined on that basis
