      A public school can not refuse a Muslim child because they have a "Christian ethos" a pocket school cant kick a child out for being gay (nor can a private school btw). So..uhm..secularism

          Though the court did not go as far as granting an interdict to stop the schools from participating in the 71 "religious observances", it did find that no state school should be allowed to promote only one religion to the exclusion of others.

          But to come back to the point. This country is governed by the constitution. Not the Bible, the Quran or the Torah. So Same sex marriage is legal. And schools can and must protect LGBTIQ youth at school We make laws and policies based on the constitution not religious beliefs.
