          A public school can not refuse a Muslim child because they have a "Christian ethos" a pocket school cant kick a child out for being gay (nor can a private school btw). So..uhm..secularism

          But lets unpack this. 1. You said numerous cases... 2. This is a debatable interpretation of the case 3. Secularism is not bout banning religion. It is about equal rights. A school can not force a pupil to attend prayers, like apartheid schools did.
