It is good to engage on the merits. Even if the term "trial" may be used interchangeably with the term "study", this does NOT make the Phase 3B study (or trial) a Clinical Trial. Not in any sense of the word. Phase 3B is OPTIONAL. The statements were false. Incontrovertibly.
