How does the attending doctor decide that. Ps that is not how medicines work. The doses are part of dose ranging trials. There is no medication that is just decided on dose willy nilly.
Also re the ACDP press release that the contents of the vaccine must be made known. Uhm. They are publicly available.
That ACDP without a whole person who has for eg an MPH, or knows how regulatory process works, is trying to ask SAHPRA to bend regulatory guidelines is worrying. They are there for a reason.
Imagine a doctor having to decide a dose when we have no idea what dose is effective or what dose is toxic.
My understanding is that two people died in KZN recently due to Ivermectin overdose albeit for illegally procured Ivermectin, but this proves a point that it is dangerous to push a medication so publicly when trials have not taken place.
