Your ought to be asking the best located churches directly, not tagging us with questions aimed at churches or 'the church', and then blaming us for your perception that no humanitarian assistance is being provided.
No. Best located buildings can, & should, take localised action yes. But for political action based on Christian values the @A_C_D_P SHOULD be tagged
