The church gathering on 10/11 March was a week before any restrictions were put in place on gatherings, travel, etc. By now everyone knows what precautions to take, and those who attend church should take them, just like their kids should when going to school, and when shopping.

That’s not reckless. Looking at the series of events that led to people being infected at a church gathering, there’s no pastor or a church that can be blamed for any COVID 19 infection. How did infected guests passed through OR Tambo International without proper screening?
