On the positive side, #ACDP is encouraged that SA scientists are working on producing a locally made vaccine and/or cure for #COVID19inSA. This must be encouraged whilst ensuring that all necessary health testing regimens are adhered to - @RevMeshoe .MP

But. We are disappointed that churches & other religious groups will still not be allowed to meet.

The Premier of Gauteng, Mr Makhura said: there is no reason why churches should not be open under alert level 3; its unfair to disallow the church from fulfilling its mandate; the distribution of food parcels has been politicized; Regs hindering churches must change.

The President failed to assure parents, learners, educators & unions that when schools open, the PPE's needed will be provided to all schools to minimize infections. It would have satisfied concerns & fears while showing that government is taking their health & safety seriously.

We fail to see how the resumption in the sale of alcohol with its numerous negative consequences, will help curb the spread of
